How much is delivery?

UK Mainland 

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over £15. Free next day delivery is available for orders over £20.

If your order is under £15, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges:

Highlands and Offshore UK

For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

Rest of World

We ship deliveries to the Rest of World in different weight groups. You’ll be charged depending on the weight of your order:

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance.

Flavour Boosts

If you order Flavour Boosts on their own to the Rest of World, the shipping prices are as below:

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £20

For UK Mainland, if you order before 9pm Monday-Friday, the great news is you’ll receive your items the next day. If you order after 9pm on a Friday, your items will be delivered on Monday.

For Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands), items ordered before 9pm will take 2 working days to be delivered. If you place your order before 9pm on a Thursday, you can upgrade your order to a Saturday delivery for £2.00.

International deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days.

All other items

All other items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries can take between 2-5 working days.

Huel Ready-to-drink

If your order of Huel Ready-to-drink contains any additional products, they will be packaged at the same time but will arrive in separate boxes.

Who will deliver my order?

For orders over £20, we use DPD.

Don’t worry about waiting in all day; you’ll receive an email with a one-hour time slot from DPD on the day your delivery is due. You’ll also have a range of options available within the email where you can change your delivery date, arrange a collection from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop or arrange delivery to your preferred neighbour or a safe place at your address.

Search for your nearest Pickup shop.

Important: When you collect from a Pickup shop, make sure you bring photo ID and proof of your address, a utility bill will be fine. You’ll also need your email (just on your phone will work). Make sure you collect your parcel within a week, otherwise it will get returned and a charge will be incurred.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact team@huel.com within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
